How does it work?
EasyBook's concept is quite simple: Coordination is key. EasyBook1 has employees on call during the normal work day (9am-5pm) who will receive calls from your patients - much like an answering service. However, unlike an answering service, our on-call employees will use integrated scheduling software to update your schedule in real-time.

What if there are times in my schedule that I want to leave open?

Simple, you still have total access and control to your schedule. It's simply integrated with another person in order to improve efficiency. If there are blocks of time during the week that you would like to leave open, simply add them into your schedule or leave a note within your scheduling application stating so.

What about weekends?

For the time being, EasyBook1 will only be answering phones Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. EasyBook1's on-call employees will not schedule patients on weekends unless expressly told to do otherwise.
